At Imperial Valet, we take pride in delivering top-tier cleaning and alteration services. However, to ensure transparency, we advise all customers on the following:
Release on Cleaning and Laundering
Items Not Claimed Within 30 Days – We disclaim responsibility for items not claimed within 30 days of the service date.
Handling of Articles – The condition and nature of each article will determine the appropriate cleaning method. While we use the best processes for each item, we are not responsible for inherent defects or weaknesses present in the materials.
Fabric & Material Considerations – Certain fabrics such as leather, suede, heavily-dyed fabrics, and synthetics are more prone to damage, shrinkage, and fading. Please check the care labels of your garments to avoid issues.
Lost Accessories – Imperial Valet is not responsible for any lost accessories such as trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, sequins, or valuables. Please ensure all items are documented and reported.
Inventory Sheets – Before picking up your items, ensure they are documented on the inventory sheet provided with your ticket. Any discrepancies in count should be reported within 48 hours of drop-off.
Refund Policy for Lost Items – In cases of lost items (as documented on your ticket), a refund not exceeding 10 times the charge for processing the lost item will be provided if the discrepancy is deemed our responsibility.
