– We disclaim responsibility for articles not claimed within 30 days.
– Our processes for laundering, shoe repairs, dry cleaning and other services rendered are determined by the condition and nature of each article to ensure that methods of execution are best suited to each piece individually. With this being said, we disclaim responsibility for inherent defects or weaknesses present in materials.
– Please bear in mind that certain fabrics are more prone to damages, shrinkage and fading, such as leather, suede, heavily-dyed fabrics and synthetics. Read all clothing labels to ensure best practices. We are not responsible for the degradation of materials during processing, nor are we responsible for damaged items with removed or missing labels.
– Lost accessories, such as trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, sequins and valuables are the sole liability of the consumer.
– Kindly document all items on the inventory sheet that is provided with your ticket before pick-up. If there is a questionable difference in count upon drop-off, please report this and present your ticket within 48 hours of service. Should we review a case and find ourselves responsible for count difference, a refund not to exceed ten times the charge for processing the lost item will be instated.
